Meet the Team...

Jo Shirley – Master of Science in Design, Diploma of PHD. Jo is a Nail Harmony Master Eductor and specialises in colour nail design.
Jo’s early fascination with nails started when she watched a Nail Technician prepare her nails for her wedding. She developed her curiosity by attending her local college to train and gain a NVQ in Beauty Therapy. 
Jo initially became a mobile Nail Technician, before going on to open the Red 10 nail bar. Since then, she has devoted her time and energy to developing her own skills and turning her enthusiasm and passion for nails to training her team and passing on her knowledge to students of the academy. 
Jo’s aim is to raise the standards in the Nail Industry and to achieve this she is looking to grow the team of Educators working along side within her region and work closely with students to help progress their skills.

Lauren Varley -  Nail Harmony  Master Educator

Lauren has been in the beauty industry for 9 years and is qualified as an Advanced Beauty Therapist. Lauren worked at Red10 on placement  for 3 years whilst completing her modern apprenticeship. In this time she completed a nail course, educated by Jo. After a short career break Lauren returned to work at Red 10 as a fully qualified nail technicain and beauty therapist. She decided to specialise in nails and worked her way up to EzFlow Master Artist technician, EzFlow Master Artist Educator, progressing onto her Master Educators with Nail Harmony. 

Lauren is now a fully fledged Nail Harmony Educator for the North East based in Doncaster. Her aim is to concentrate on the student learning experience and ensure students have a great start on their journey and bring Harmony to her students lives.
